Recyclers folder on second hard drive

Hello everybody. I have the following problem. I just did a fresh
install of Win XP SP2. My machine has two hard drives. I installed
windows on the first one (C) and the second hard drive(F) had a backup
of my files/programs before formatting the computer. After doing the
install, I deleted some files on my second hard drive (F). After doing
that I emptied the recycle bin.

The problem is the following, after doing a virus scan using Kaspersky
AV Personal Pro 5.0 it found 2 viruses, here is the report

It was found on a zip file I didnt even know I had, and although I
emptied the recycle bin it still find files there.

Two questions, is there a Recyclers folder for the files you delete in
each hard drive? How can I get rid of those files(besides emptying the
recycle bin cause it doesnt work)?

Right click Recycle Bin on Desktop | Properties |
Global tab

Depends on which option you have selected...

O Configure drives independently
[[Specifies that different settings be used for each of your drives.]]
O Use one setting for all drives
[[Specifies that the settings on this tab be used for all your drives.]]

[[Windows allocates one Recycle Bin for each partition or hard disk. If your
hard disk is partitioned, or if you have more than one hard disk in your
computer, you can specify a different size for each Recycle Bin.]]

[[If you want to use different Recycle Bin settings for different drives,
click Configure drives independently, and then click the appropriate drive
tab to change the Recycle Bin settings for that drive.

If you want to use the same Recycle Bin settings for all drives, click Use
one setting for all drives.]]

Try selecting:
O Use one setting for all drives
and then try emptying bot bins.

[[No files may appear in the Recycle Bin if the files in the Recycled folder
are damaged.]]

Run Error Checking. Reboot. Try to empty the Recycle Bin again.

Error Checking (chkdsk.exe) in XP.
1. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, right-click the drive you want to
check, and then click Properties.
2. On the Tools tab, click Check Now.
3. Check both boxes:
Automatically fix file system errors
Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors

You have to reboot for Error-checking to run.

For a peek at the log.

Open the Event Viewer...
Start | Run | Type: eventvwr | OK
Look in Application | Listed as Information |
Event ID: 1001
Source: Winlogon
