USB data is deleted whenever I plug the USB in.

I've post a similar question earlier and marked it as "Answered". However,
unlike what I thought, the problem is still there.

As I've said, every time I plug my USB in, all the files inside are deleted.
Folders are not deleted, though they're empty, since all the files inside are
gone. After all the files are deleted, a strange file named "Recycledsuc"
appears.

I don't know whether this is a virus or not, but I've tried using Avast!
Home Edition, AVG Free version 8.5.375, Kaspersky Internet Security 2010
Trial, MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware, but the problem is still there.
Malwarebytes found a virus in the "C:/RECYCLED" folder and quarantined it,
which made me think that the problem is solved, but it isn't.

Another problem is that after deleting Norton's Symantec Antivirus, a
Windows Installer pops up every single time I right-click a folder/file and
ask me if I want to install Symantec Antivirus or not. I've used the Add or
Remove Programs to uninstall Symantec, and when I checked the Symantec
folder, it was empty. Is there anyway to fully uninstall the antivirus?

Is this a know-good USB drive? Meaning it works fine on another computer.
Does any other USB drive work properly on this computer?
If this is a flash drive, did you buy the drive from a reliable source?
Quite a few drives sold on eBay are represented as being larger than they
are and this can cause untold problems when they are actually used.

My USB works fine on other computers. Every USB has this problem with my
computer.
