If they're faulty as mentioned in the title, the place to
dump them is the trash can. If they work you might place a
listing for them cheap/free + shipping in a local computer
user forum.
The charitable thing to do would be to build a system(s) out
of them then donate that system to a needy individual or
organization... not being in the UK I can't give you
specifics.
