Recycle bin view files problem

I have deleted files to the Recycle Bin, but I am seeing them when I open
the folder. The icon shows that there are files in it. Any ideas?

Matt,

If you are seeing the files in the recycle bin, then you need to empty the
bin. Open it up and click "Empty the Recycle Bin". When you delete a file,
usually it goes there unless it's too big for the recycle bin.

I have deleted files.
They are in the Recycle Bin.
I want to review them before I empty the Bin.
The problem is that when I open the Recycle Bin I am not seeing any list of
files when in fact there are files.
