Hi, try this:

- right-click anywhere on Desktop;
- choose Personalise from context menu;
- on left-hand panel of Personalization window, click on "Change Desktop
Icons"
- select the checkbox for Recycle Bin
- click OK

You should have your Recycle Bin back, at this stage.
