windows key - type 'recycle bin' - click on recycle bin to put tick in box

Control desk.cpl,,@Web

Press enter and then put a tick in recycle bin and press ok

Right-click on the Desktop, click Personalize, and in the left pane, click
Change desktop icons. In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog, enable the
