recurring e-mails

i keep getting the same 2 e-mails over and over again!one
is from e-bay and the other is some unintelligible
gibberish.what does this mean and how can i stop it
?

Hi John,

What you are getting is probably a PayPal scam and a spam written in a
language that does not use the standard alphabet. You can most likely safely
delete these emails.

However, the eBay one might be genuine. Have you recently used eBay? Be
careful, though, as there are some very clever scams out there that come in
the form of what looks like a real eBay message.
