Recovery for Windows XP

I first bought this computer with Windows 98 and had it
for a few years. I just recently installed Windows XP on
the computer. Well I want to "restore" my computer using
the recovery cd that my computer first came with. My
question is, when I restore my computer, will my computer
have Windows 98 (what it originally came with) or Windows
XP (what i had recently installed)?

It will have Windows98 on it, if it is the original disk that came with
the machine.

That cleans the hard disk and puts the machine back *exactly* as it came
from the factory - with Win98, and nothing that has been added since,
including none of your data files. So back those up first
