RECOVERY DISK

I was trying to upload a windows update, but my system
stopped in the middle saying "not enough system
resources". Now when I try to power my system on, it
won't get past the windows start-up - it seems like it is
on a "loop" it can't get past.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN DOWNLOAD A RECOVERY DISK OR
PROGRAM?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I was
suppose to work this weekend and now I am screwed.

You can boot the Windows 2000 recovery console to start a repair.
