When I bought my new PC it didnt come with a disk. Instead
it asked me to create one. I was told that I would need 4
disks, but after burning 2 it said "master disks
successfully created"(or something to that effect). I
would like to do a clean install, but am worried that I
have not got the full information on these disks needed to
carry out a full install and that it will stop after 2 and
ask me for more. Can anyone help please?

Danny, you should contact the dealer you purchased the PC from, they will
explain it all to you. Another source of information would be to contact the
manufacturer for example, if it's a HP, contact HP etc.

This is not a Windows issue, but something created by the
maufacturer of your computer. Nobody here can really help,
especially not knowing what make your computer is. You should ask
the manufactrer this question.

Just to let you know, my eMachines 3200+ came with 3 recovery CDs, & I thought
that was a lot. My computer I bought before this one had 2 recovery CDs. I'm
guessing all is installed on the 2 you have. Just a guess, now...

....D.
