recovery console

I'm attempting to create my recovery console.

<cdrom>:\i386\winnt32.exe/cmdcons

when I type this at start-run and click ok I get the
following error.

Cannot find the file "d:\i386\winnt32.exe/cmdcons" (or one
of its components). Make sure the path and filename are
correct and that all required libraries are available.

I can browse out to the .exe and it launches fine.
However, launching the .exe doesn't do justice.

Put a space between winnt32.exe and /cmdcons
