Recovery Console boot fails with -- Bugcheck 7B

Any ideas what the cause is ?

Usually storage/controller drivers. You may have to F6 with the drivers
on flopppy when the setup starts.

I am not sure how you integrate a such a driver during this process.
This not like when you install the OS and you can install 3rd part controller drivers.

You can still install the Recovery Console without the drivers but when
you boot it you will have to F6 and supply the drivers.

In the same manner as you would add OEM drivers to Windows Setup you can
do away with the F6 requirement, you can intergrate the storage drivers
in the Recovery Console installation via the \cmdcons\txtsetup.sif file.
