I lost some data when I tryed to update my FL Studio 6 with FL Studio 7.0
updates.
The .dll in 7.0 update crashed my program by the time I reliezed. I then
uninstalled FL Studio 6 and then reinstalled it. All my data on this program
was lost. So then I whent to system restore, But I forgot that I had turned
retore off because of my Anti-Virus.
I tryed every recover method and nothing worked yet. I need this data back
it will save my job.

System Restore does not backup *your* data.
System Restore backs up the System necessary data.
Thus - _System_ Restore.

*Your* periodic backups (and those you purposely perform before doing any
sort of major change - such as a software version upgrade - should be used
to restore your important data. There is no automated feature automagically
setup to do this for you in Windows XP.

Not to mention - removing/installing an application would not normally
delete *your* data... Settings - quite possibly. Saved files/data created
with said application - not unless it is badly programmed and doesn't warn
you - or you saved your data in a folder it is set to delete (and it
normally would not save data into - at least not by default) and it did so
on uninstall.

Highly unlikely you tried 'every recovery method'; and would be better for
you, instead of making outlandish claims, actually list what you have tried
so such advice is not repeated. After all - if you tried 'every recovery
method and nothing worked' <- there would be nothing for anyone to tell
you - after all - you tried 'every' one already. *grin*

I recommend - in your situation - a pay application. Although there are
free ones out there... I find this one more reliable than most.

Undelete.

Get the trial - if you know where you saved the stuff - maybe you might get
it back.

The bad part - you have been using this system - enough to actually
overwrite the application you removed, etc. Who knows how far gone things
are?

Then again - there is the possibility that you just lost your settings and
you just don't know where you have the data saved you need and it was never
erased.
