Try one of the selctive modes and dumping anything video related. (safe mode
with command prompt)
If not you'll likely need to do a repair installation.

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:
I downloaded FL Studio 6 and it even stated the possibility for my
computer crashing and gave the way to fix it.
Now, I can't get my computer to turn on so that I can go to regedit,
so I tried going to safe mode, a bunch of directies come up, but never
moves into safe mode.
I know how to fix the problem, is just that I can't get into the
regedit. Any suggestions?
Jayson
