Recovered Messages

Morning all,
I have a problem whereby I cannot delete a Folder or the subfolders and
files in 'Recovered Messages'. I have just deleted over 20000 of them but
they reappear as soon as I turn Windows Mail on and they increase as long as
the program is on
I have had one solution which saved the Message store then deleted the files
and reinstalled the Message store but the Recovered Messages folder
immediately came back.
It is taking a lot space and is getting serious, can anyone please help?

Your Windows Mail message store is seriously corrupted.
The easiest way to fix it is to upgrade to Windows Live Mail:

You can move everything out of the message store directory and it will
reinitialize itself and then you can drag the messages back into folders
from Explorer. See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx for background and you may
