recover windows xp unknow account user profile - urgent

our windows xp os deleted user profile . when i deleted user profile , i
select keep all file . But i cannot find in C drive doc and setting folder ,
and in profile list show unknow account and status show backup. I would to
know how to recover this profile nad change status to local.

a system restore point
and return the system
back before the deletion.

however, before doing the
above, make a restore point
for "today" so you can bring
the system back into the
future if needed.
