Profile won't load

Good morning,

I have created a user account and placed it under the right OU. The problem
is that Windows will say that "it can't find the server profile and that it
will attempt to load the local profile" on this Dell laptop. Since the
profile is new, there's no local profile on the computer and it will load a
temporary profile.

I have tried logging in to other computers with the same account and I get
the same error. I've checked on the server that the account has an existing
home folder and what not. The profile path is in order. What might I have
missed?
