XP-professional - how to recover deleted User Profile

Is there a way to recover a deleted user profile on WinXP-Professional ? I
would like to recover the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\My Documents.

Navigation:
My Computer- Properties-System Properties - User Profiles - Settings- User
Profiles, highlight the user and deleted the user profile.

I know that xp's system tool-system restore does not restore the My
Documents folder.

If Winxp user profile can not be recovered, are there any 3rd tools in the
market that does the recovery process for user profile & its contents ?

When the profile was deleted, was the option to save the data
selected?
If so check the selected location.

Otherwise a 3rd party application may be required to recover the data:
