recover a destroyed filed

I mistakenly reoved palm desktop program and there was
some info i still needed how do I recover that info??
anyone at here who can help me pls?

Hello,

Did you remove it, as in remove it so it ended up in Recycle Bin? Take a
look there, and see if you can find it.
