Receiving multiple Not Responding windows

Lately while starting up the computer or even sometimes
while switching profiles, I'm greeted by about
ten "Microsoft Spyware Data Service Not Responding"
windows that all have to be clicked off with "END
PROGRAM" and then I have to click off the additional
report/don't report windows. I know the word "Giant" is
in the title too but I can't remember for sure at this
moment. Any ideas what is causing this would be greatly
appreciated cause my next step is to just turf ther whole
program and find something else. I tried reinstalling it
with no success.
