Receiving FAX

Set up FAX console but can't receive FAX, Can send but
not receive, what's the problem?
 
Also make sure you have enabled the modem to receive. You can do so using -
Fax Printer -> Properties ->Devices -> Properties -> Receive -> Enable
device for receive.
