Each time I receive an email in Windows Mail it is automatically sent back as
an attachment to an email to the original sender. When I manage emails on my
ATT Webmail account it works just fine -- emails are not auto bounced back to
the sender.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how to fix?

Windows Mail won't do that on its own. Do you have some 3rd party program
such as an antivirus that could be doing that?

Try emailing yourself and look at the bounce and the source (CTRL-F3) and
see if there is something in the message header that indicates what is
bouncing the message.
