Received e-mail (Outlook Express)

My Outlook Express will not let me received mail. It will
download the first 2 or three and after that it shows an
error code of.... 0x800CCC0F

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Disable email scanning of outgoing and incoming mail. It provides no
additional protection (and even Symantec says it's not needed:
