Receipt of Email

I am using Office 2003. My ISP is Comcast Cable which is
POP3. I can send and receive email through Outlook. Send
work fine. I have the receive set to automatically update
every 1 minute. However, email will only be received when
I update using the send/receive button in the program.
How can change my settings so that email is received
automatically?

Try setting your mail polling to 10 minutes. One minute is unrealistic.
