Rebooting remote computer

I was able to reboot a computer via remote desktop previously but now I
cannot. What had happened and how can I do that again ?

What computer? I don't know what happened, you should.
For XP try Run | shutdown -r -f

they are computers in the office, some with XP SP1 and others with SP2 joined
to a domain.

the cmd line worked.

But still need preferred the GUI. Any more help\advise.
