Rebooting PC

Hey Guys and Girls,
I have a slight problem for which I know there must be a
solution, but can not guess the right combo of words to
put into the search.

The problem is that as soon as my PC gets a IP address on
its Dial up adapter from my ISP it blue screens and
reboots.

Anyone got a suggestion on how to fix this, no its not the
blaster worm, already checked for that.
