Windows XP Rebooting of PC

my system is rebooting automatically and giving this error :
"The system has recovered from a serious error"
The error code is :

this is the files for error report

This is the spec of my system
Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 2
Pentium(R)4 CPU 3.0GHz, 1.24GB of RAM
80GB hard disk
