Windows XP Error in XP sp2

After the system 'Blue screened' it recovered and produced the following error signature,

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated as it has happened a few times now

However, that error is usually associated with bad drivers or a memory problem ... you need to give us the BSOD error message.
