Reboot loop

loaded up the latest version of Zone Alarm, only to be
asked to reboot. Trouble is the machine only gets to the
ID Login screen and then reboots again. haven't got any
recovery disks, any ideas how I can get around this
without a rebuild? (i'm thinking doesn't look too good)

Hit F8 while it's boot to get to the boot menu. You might choose safe
mode, but I'd just choose LKGC - last known good configuration.

Version 5 of Zone Alarm has unfortunately been plagued by problems that
affect a substantial number of users. I understand that Zone Labs either has
the problem fixed or is very close to having it fixed. For now, you may wish
to revert to version 4.5 of ZA or ZAP.

In order to do this successfully, you need to completely uninstall v.5,
using the instructions from Zone Labs' web site. Then you can reinstall 4.5.
