rearrange paragraphs

I,m doing a poster and need to arrange paragraphs so that they all fit on one
page
 
May not be so much the paragraphs that you need to re-arrange as the size of
the font that you are using.

If you're using Word 2003, you can use the Shrink to Fit tool in the Print
Preview toolbar. If you're using Word 2007, use the Shrink One Page too in
the Print Preview ribbon tab.
