Realtek HD Audio Problems???

Whenever I plugged in a jack I used to get a Popup saying a jack has been
plugged in and it gave me options to select what I plugged in.

Now this does not happen and only my speakers work. I am running a Dual Boot
of XP and Vista and it happens in both.

I've tried driver updates but still no luck. Also in Realtek HD Audio
Manager all the jacks are greyed out if that makes any different.

i have RealTek HD audio manager and never make my head phone works but i found the problem coz it was in the stupid program i change it and download the same program from the internet Ver. 1.17 and it work fine with me i think who made the program are losers they have to think about fixing it agine coz even updates dosnt work with it.
