After messing a bit with my audio drivers, due to a video edition program
that didn't start, I am trying to reinstall my audio devices. I have a
RealTek AL660 6-channel integrated audio card, mother board ASUS M2V Socket
940-pin.
My questions are does anybody else have the same experience and what Realtek
driver should I go for?

Can't say that I've had your problem, but you should get the Realtek
drivers from Asus for your specific model motherboard.
