Really need help

My Windows inbox is not displaying any messages. I've restarted the
computer. Made sure "Show All Messages" is checked. Nothing. It's also
doing the same for my deleted.

Are you sure those folders contain any messages to show?

If you are, try checking Hide Read Messages instead, then going back
to a check before Show All Messages.

Problems in Windows Mail are often due to interference from an antivirus
program. What if any antivirus programs do you have, and have you ever
had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program on that computer, even a
trial version?
