messages disappear

I have the following problem.
Recently some messages from the trust sources started to disappear from my INBOX in Windows Mail. At the same time these messages staying OK on INBOX of Outlook express or in my INBOX in Windows Mail in other computer. I also can see them in C:\Users\IM\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Local Folders\Inbox.

I made virus scan of my computer but nothing came out.

I would appreciate somebody's help.
