Reality v10. 0 Windows Documentation

I've downloaded the documentation file from the Northgate-IS portal, but I
can't discover the format of the documentation. Acrobat / Word / WordPerfect
all reject the file.

Has anybody successfully opened the documentation file?

Open Windows Explorer/Tools/folder options/view and set the
options to show all file extensions. Then you'll see the
file type. It is probably a zipped file of some type.

Once you know the extension you can look it up. Usually
there is a FAQ on a download page (or close to it) that
tells you what you need to do to install or read a file.
You might look there or email the webmaster at Northgate
(???) and ask.

Then tell us the file extension! We need something!
