Real Time service-Need Help

I keep getting two error message that reads:
etrust pest patrol real time service
error signature:
C/Docume~1\Donna\Locals~1\temp\WER6cdc.dir00\ITMRTSVC.exe.mdmp
C/Docume~1\Donna\Locals~1\temp\WER6cdc.dir00\appcompat.txt

I have no idea how to fix this can anyone help?

I think you'd be better off someplace that explicitly supports Pest Patrol:

looks like it might be the place.

I figured it was some kind of spyware thing but all my searches pulled up
nothing. I Have no idea how this even got on my computer. Thanks a million

This might have been part of some security suite or add-on provided by your
ISP--a number of ISP's are adding this kind of thing--if that's the case,
you might bet better support from them than from CA, who provide the
product.

Think I will get with my providers (have 2) for a fix it, CA website is not a
very user friendly site. Found the product, but uninstall/repair directions
do not work. They stated you could go through add and remove on computer but
I do not see them listed there anywhere. Thanks again for getting me on the
right track.
