Real Player to Media Player?

I've been on Amazons site and I want to sample some music. The file
extension is ra (believe it is Real Audio perhaps). I only have Media Player
installed is there any way that I can play this file. When I downloaded the
file it said Windows couldn't play it. Am I going to have to download Real
Player for this?
