Hi, Rick,

A thought just came to me... The folders contain files with links that call
up information from other folders. This would explain why, when I removed
the subfolders, the name change was not a problem. The brilliance of Excel
kicks in so everything else behaves normally, even after the name change.
All the links automatically re-routing to the new name.

Is this a likely solution to the issue?
