re;problems with loading my website

I loaded my website which I built on frontpage 2000 to my server Tripod and I
can't see my site. I got a suggestion that I should change my index page to
html instead of htm. Is this correct or should I change it back?. Thanks

I can't see that this would make any difference at all. Perhaps change it
to 'default.html' or something. But if you don't want to guess what that
name might be, why not just read the instructions for webmasters at Tripod,
and see what they tell you to use?
