Re-Occuring Error

I continue to receive the following error message:

"Application Hang" - Hanging Application OUTLOOK.EXE version 11.0.5510.0
hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0 hang address 0x00000000.&x000a;"

After Outlook loads, and email is received from POP Accounts, if I try to
access the Inbox, the program hangs giving "Program Not Responding" message.
Occasionally, the program works normally, (5%)of the time.

All other Office applications work perfectly. I have tried reinstalling and
repairing several times with success. I have additionally run the Inbox
Repair Tool, and while this finds errors, and fixes them , it does not solve
this problem.
