OUTLOOK 2007 will not open since upgrade

Hi,
Running on Windows XP Professional Ihave installed Office Enterprise 2007
and all other programmes work, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

If anyone can help I would appreciate it:

I Click on Outlook Icon and receive:
OFFICE OUTLOOK 2007-10-06 Programme Screen
Configuring Outlook –
Migrating Account Settings
Migrating Preferences
Importing User Data
NOT RESPONDING
Close Office Outlook = End Now
ERROR REPORT
Error Signature OUTLOOK.EXE szAppver: 12.0.6023.5000 szModName: hungapp
szModVer: 0.0.0.0 offset: 00000000

I RUN – Repair Office Enterprise 2007 – Configuring Progress completes
successfully Try to launch Outlook and the programme hangs.
Configuring Outlook (Not Responding)

Thanks to all that posted their questions and answers it gave me the lead to
the answer to my own question:

I had installed Office Enterprise as described and Outlook failed to launch
- Slightly different answer to disabling previous versions of Outlook - I had
a seperate programme of OUTLOOK CONNECTOR and tried deleting it via the
control pannel - HEY PRESTO Outlook 2007 Configured its self and imported all
the previous version data. ALL Outlook 2007 programmes now running.
