Outlook 2007 freezes when migrating/importing Outlook 2003 Profile

I had MS Office Professional 2003 installed, with Outlook 2003 configured to
use two Profiles for different POP3 accounts. After I ran the installation
for MS Office Enterprise 2007, the other applications start/run okay (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Access); however, when Outlook 2007 is started, it
freezes while displaying the window for "Migrating Profiles" and can only be
terminated using the "End Task" option.

Recreate your mail profile manually instead of letting it be upgraded.
It's the recommended to do that anyway when upgrading.

Also verify that you don't have any addins installed which are not
compatible with Outlook 2007.
