Re-Installing Help and Support

The Help and Support has disappeared from both my desktop
and my laptop computers running Windos XP Professional. I
have no Help at all.

The XP Installation options do not address Help and Support.

Is there anything I can do short of restoring the PCs to
their original state?
 
It worked. I did not use that registry cleaner, but I used
a similar one. Thank you.
