Re-installing Defragmenter

I uninstalled diskkeeper and my windows defragmenter is gone also. How can
I reinstall the windows defragmenter with the XP home OS CD. I have the
upgrade version.

Click Start, Run and type %Windir%\INF
Locate the file named DFRG.INF, right-click and choose Install.

I did that and it installed in the system tool menu but not in the Computer
Management Console. Also when I click on the one in system tool I get the
same error message. How can I reinstall the Computer Management Console
with all components.

What's that error message?

Type DFRG.MSC from Start, Run.
