re-install

hello can any one help me iv was hit by a virus and it wipet some of my
system32 files off and some others when i try to restore it says it cant so
i tried to re-install windows xp home but it says iastor.sys cant be found
can any one help me sort this out

What was the name of the virus, and are you sure that you have completely
eradicated it?
