Outlook doesnt have an address book, it has Contacts which are in the data
file, but then you might mean Outlook.Express

You dont need to know anything about Vista to setup Mail, you simply require
the account settings, which assuming you remember your mail ID & password,
you can get the settings from Verizon help pages

I realized I should of added more to this SOS. From the beginning, my power
pac went south,got new PC w/ Vista,didn't know it's not compat.w/ XP.Have
external harddrive to put info on new PC.Have
everything,(pictures,favorites,documents) but address book from
Outlook.Would it be smarter to go on another PC w/ XP then try to retrive
address book & print it out? I can't set up my vista mail yet because I
don't know my POP's from my SMPT's.Verizon doesn't have a clue about Vista.
