RDP Session doesn't close when logging out

Hi there,

we have the following enviroment: We use Windows 2000 Terminal Services.
The Users have roaming profiles, but no remote printers. In the Eventlog you
cannot find any error messages.

When closing the RDP Session the Screen stays blue, but the Client does not
close.

What can cause this Problem?

Best regards
Sven

Check which process is still running in the session. Can be rdpclip,
anti-virus software, .....

OK, so you installed rdpclip from the W2K Resource Kit, correct?
This utility is known to cause problems. I would uninstall it. If
you really need clipboard functionality, use a tool like TSDropCopy
from
http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/system/tsdc.htm

But something doesn't make sense here: ssonsrv.exe is a Citrix
process (Single Sign ON SeRVice). So you should already have
clipboard functionality.
