RDP not recognizing the CTRL+esc

The docs on MS say that CTRL+ESC is supposed to toggle between full screen
and not full screen for RDP.

But on my machine it, it works like it always does and opens the Start menu.

Is there a way to fix that?

Where'd you find that shortcut?
Try CTRL+ALT+Break...
