RDP constantly gets disconnected

Good Day,

I have a user that works from home and has XP sp2. She uses RDP to connect
to the terminal server, she gets disconnected constantly, no error just loses
the connection. I've checked the log files and there isn't anything in there
that looks helpful. Another issue is when she loses the connection and
re-connects she starts a new session so she loses everything she was working
on.

Any help would be appreciated
