Connection Issue

I have a strange one that I cannot figure out.

I have a user that is connecting into our terminal server
over a VPN. Actually, we have two VPN concentrators she
can connect in through (both Cisco VPN 3002). When she
connects through one concentrator, everything is fine.
However, when she connects through the second
concentrator, she doesn't get connected to the ts. From
her machine I can ping the ts, and telnet to the ts port
3389. I am having a hard time debuging this because I
cannot find anything in the event viewer on the TS or a
log on her windows 98 machine that might be more
descriptive. Occasionally she will look like her
connection is starting to initiate, but the failure
message is alway session disconnected.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this further?

Have you tried to reduce the MTU value to see if that will
help?
